ENTRY TERMS
Any experienced pilot from anywhere in the world may apply to enter the MONDIAL AIR BALLONS - LORRAINE 2005.
Experience: the French regulation about air events stipulates that every pilot has to have completed at least 50 flights, among which 3 flights must have been in the 3 months preceding the event (except gas balloon pilot).
Security: As for security, piloting isn’t everything! Thus, every pilot will have to prove the perfect airworthiness of his "flying machine".
Insurance: Every pilot shall have in full force during the MONDIAL AIR BALLONS-LORRAINE 2005 a balloon insurance liability policy for the minimum amount of 1,530,000 €uros.
Your registration (booked before deadline : June 30 2005) entitles you to :

The organization committee may at any time and at its sole discretion cancel a pilot’s and/or balloon’s participation.
Registration will be accepted only with a completed and signed or agreed upon application form and full payment of entry fee.
No special hotel room price, pilot’s pack, nor allowance will be offered by the organization if the registration is received after June 30, 2005.
During the MONDIAL AIR BALLONS – LORRAINE 2005 and on each site, the Organization Committee has an official dealer who manages all commercial passenger rides and is the only responsible for them. As a condition of entry, the pilot agrees not to conduct any commercial operation involving balloon rides for hire without written permission of the Organization Director.
Before each launch the pilot must attend the pilot’s briefing in order to take part in that launch during the MONDIAL AIR BALLONS – LORRAINE 2005.
To enter a competition, the pilot must apply to participate in it and comply by the competition’s rules.

The infringement of one of these conditions will involve the immediate exclusion of the pilot from the fiesta and possible actions will be taken.
Cancellation charge = 10 % of the entry fee
No reimbursement for any reason will be made after the following date: June 30, 2005.
All the information mentioned on the application form shall be accurate and will be checked.

If you want to benefit from the special accommodation offer (available only for hot air crews), please fill in the
"«accommodation"section.
The organization special accommodation offer is not available for week-end formula.
Registration fees are the same whatever the duration of crew’s stay (except for weekend formula).
Weekend formula includes participation to 5 flights : either from Friday evening to Sunday evening, or from Saturday morning to Monday morning comprised.
